WASH YOUR HANDS FREQUENTLY WITH SOAP AND WATER AND USE HAND SANITIZERS!
Washing your hands frequently with soap and water and alternating between that and using hand sanitizers (for when water and soap are not readily available) remain as one of the most important practices to keep yourself and your loved ones safe.
Here are the 5 step hand washing practice recommended by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

Experts recommend that we scrub our hands, including the back of our palms, in between each finger and under each nail with hand soap and water for at least 20 seconds to kill off germs. Then we can dry off our hands with a clean towel or air dry.
AND, in the event that hand soap and clean running water are not readily available, usage of hand sanitizer that contains 60% alcohol and above can get rid of germs. (eastlands Hand Sanitizers, Sanitizing Sprays, Wipes and other products contain 75% alcohol)
Here’s how you should be using hand sanitizer.
Place a pea-size amount of gel in one hand and rub all over both hands. (PRO-TIP: if ever in doubt, squeeze the equivalent of your two-finger width of product onto your palm)

Rub gel over the areas in between fingers, back of your palms and wrists.
Repeat application as necessary.
